OnSite, Inc. evolved from BootSector Service Corp., who in 1992 began on site technical services and repairs on Wang computer systems. Our Wang customers wanting the same quality of technical personnel and dedication to Customer Service convinced us to grow with their new systems, providing on-site Maintenance Services for a host of Networking, Computer Systems and Printers.
Our formula for success has been simple. We keep our overhead low, stock ample repair parts at low cost, and hand pick only the best trained and experienced Service Technicians and Network Engineers.
We are a premier service provider for dozens of Local and Wide Area Networks and peripherals throughout the Metropolitan New York and New Jersey area.
We are authorized service providers of many popular hardware manufacturers, such as aOpen, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Epson, Tally/Genicom, Printronix, IBM and more.
Now, as increasing technology replaces old solutions, BootSector Service Corp. has changed as well. In January 2004, we began doing business under our new name better describing what we provide - ONSITE computer services and repairs.
